Classes FAQs


To sign up for a Thursday class, you must register before 9:00 am the Tuesday prior to the class.
To sign up for a Friday or Saturday class, you must register before 9:00 am on the Wednesday before the class.

If fewer 4 people register for a class, it will not run. We will let you know by noon on the Tuesday for Thursday classes, and noon on Wednesday for Friday or Saturday classes.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the class start time for light refreshments and to meet your classmates. We start teaching the class at the start time listed!

No one can come and watch a class, due to limited space only ticket holders are allowed in.

Everyone must pre-pay or contact us to arrange an alternative. Alternative arrangements require a confirmation from us!


If you cannot attend a class:
– If it is more than a week before the event, you will receive a 100% refund.
– If it is between 3-7 business days, you can receive a 50% refund or a full class credit.
– Under 3 business days, no refunds are available, but you can receive credit towards another class.
– If you do not show up or make contact with us, there are no refunds or credits available.

What to bring
All you need to bring is yourself – and a sense of humor!
We will provide aprons to protect your clothes and all the supplies needed to complete your project.
If the class requires special items, you will be notified ahead of time.
A print out of your ticket, or your email on your phone.

What to wear

Comfy clothes that can get dirty. This is unlikely, but paint can get into strange places!

Age Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all classes are for ages 12 and up. Under 18s MUST be accompanied by a paying adult.
Each person of any age, must have a ticket in order to be admitted!

Weather Cancellation Policy
If we have to cancel a class due to inclement weather, you will automatically receive full credit towards a future class.
If you want to cancel although the class is running, you must request a cancellation at least 4 hour prior to the class. You will receive full credit towards a future class.

If we need to cancel a class

Life catches up with all of us sometimes! We will make every effort to make sure classes happen as planned, but if we have to cancel, we will notify you ASAP. You have the choice between a full refund or a full credit towards another class.
